Samira's key for success
Program "Support to implementation of the Anti-discrimination and gender equality policies in Montenegro", implemented by UNDP and the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, with the support of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, in partnership with the US Embassy in Montenegro, hosted Samir Cook Gaines, founder and president of the Women's business center in Washington.
Samira has a long experience in supporting entrepreneurs through training, counseling and mentoring, to have her White House recently proclaimed champion of changes in the field of mentoring for women.
The aim of this meeting was to hear the innovative experience from America and put them in the context of our efforts at supporting entrepreneurs as well as improving the institutional framework for the development of female entrepreneurship.
Samira spoke about successful examples of businesses in the United States, writing a business plan, examples of creative business, market research, and marketing and sales.
